On Wednesday, June 26 at 1 p.m., tenor Vittorio Grigolo returns to the screen opposite soprano Kristine Opolais in Franco Zeffirelli’s picturesque staging of Puccini’s La Bohème. Conducted by Gianandrea Noseda, this highlight performance from the 2016-17 season features a pair of charismatic artists – tenor Vittorio Grigolo and soprano Diana Damrau – as the star-crossed lovers in Gounod’s dreamy adaptation of Shakespeare’s timeless tragedy. On Thursday, June 20 at 1 p.m., the Quick will host an encore performance of The Metropolitan Opera’s Roméo et Juliette. Tickets are now available for this “best of” selection of performances from past Metropolitan Opera seasons: This summer, the Quick Center has added four encore screenings of The Met: Live in HD to its calendar of events.
